Job Title: Business Analyst with Capital Markets

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with capital markets experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives) and expertise in supporting business operations, process optimization, and system enhancements within the capital markets domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for capital market systems (trading, risk, reporting).
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including trading desks, compliance, and IT teams.
• Support system implementations, testing, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Create data reports and dashboards to provide insights into market performance and trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank).

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and market operations.
• Experience with capital market systems and data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
